We've been here in Mai 2015 after a visit to Eltham Palace.
The traditional nepalese lamb and beef currys were just as good as expected, spicy but not too hot and each luscious in their own way. There are plenty of sides to choose from. Three mains and three sides for three people was plenty for us.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed with some calm background music and a very attentive waitress who would advise us on the choices. The interior design is far from hip but works perfectly as a standard "good place" restaurant-setting (cheesy oil paintings and fresh flowers included).
Would go there again for the food and will definitely try the one close to Finsbury Park, if only for delivery. -

I went here for dinner. It's 3 stars compared to other choices for a Nepalese curry. The service was incredibly slow and a bit fussy but friendly. The prices are a bit steep and they give a starter menu, you finish the starters, and then they bring the mains menu. The food was tasty and well prepared. Points off for price and service.

I just finished leaving in the Yeti restaurant in Eltham. The food was delicious, though not especially distinguished. Everything seem fresh. If anything, some items were slightly overcooked. The service was outstanding!

Yak and Yeti impresses as soon as you walk in, they are clearly making an effort to be a good restaurant.
The food is Nepalese/Indian. We made quite dull choices maybe, but a lot of things on the menu sound delicious. For starters we had onion bhajis, which were not at all oily, pretty tasty, and well presented, as is everything here. And we had vegetable samosas, which were pretty unexciting, I'd say, but fine. I tried their mango lassi which was great, if perhaps a tad small.
Main course was a Lamb Biryani. There were large bits of well-cooked lamb, it felt generous, and a vegetable sauce with a sweet edge to it. I was pleased!
The service is very good, if a little formal. The decor is a cut above the rest too for the area, there is some atmosphere, it's more suitable for going on a date than a curry and belly full of beer with the lads. The food is solid. I think we'll be back for more. -

I got a delivery from here the other day and it was a bit more expensive than most of the curry places I order from and not any better. The curry (HARIYALI CHICKEN) was one of the strangest curries I've ever eaten and I can't say I enjoyed it!!1 just wanted to try something a bit different!
